At 0700hrs the ship dock at the port of Tagbilaran, Bohol. The group proceed to Dao Bus terminal to take  Ceres Transport going to Tubigon as our target of operation. After one hour and a half of travel, we arrived Tubigon and meet and report to Mayor Marlon Amilan. He gave us an assignment to distribute the relief goods to two islands, the Ubay and Pangapasan Island that was not visited by DSWD.

At 1730hrs the group on board the shoreboat of  Tubigon went to Ubay Island. Upon arrival, Chairwoman Emma Abado meet us at the shore and proceed to their barangay basketball court. On our way, she told us their experience during the earthquake that they were hit by three tidal waves that washed away 6 houses along the shore. The good thing was there was no casualty in her barangay but the fear and their traumatic experience was still present in their mind. Ubay Island has only 57 families, 180 voters with a total of 250 residents including children and only 1 teacher. At the basketball court, the residents were waiting for us. We gave the relief goods to every names called by the Barangay Secretary and some member of the team organized the children and gave some biscuits and candies. After giving the goods we gave some vitamins and medicines to the barangay health center.

At 1830 hrs the group proceeded to the next island. After 15 minutes of sailing we arrived at Pangapasan Island. Chairman Renato Gutierez meet us at the basketball court. We explain to him that we will be giving the relief goods in the next morning but we will have a short program for the residents that night. We conducted a short stress debriefing and some games to all residents including children. We divided the Zion team and also the residents (adult and children). That night was turned like a fiesta to them dancing and shouting because of the games we conducted and we teach first aid and deliver some spiritual thought to all and they forgot for a short time their fears and their traumatic experience. We ended up around 2200H for  their generator which is their source of light will be shut off. They went home with a smile on their faces.

At 0600H still at Pangapasan Island, the group were ready for the day. We started a short medical operation for those who have wounds then followed the relief goods operation. We serve a total of 152 families. The Pangapasan Island has a total of 636 in population, 152 families, has an Elementary school with 5 teachers and a Midwife manning their Health Center.  Off back to Tubigon at 1000H.
At 1300H the team proceed to the town of Clarin but there is no much operation needed because almost all houses were already abandoned and the reported one body missing were already declared dead but the body was not yet found.
At 1400H the team move forward to the next town which is the Municipality of Sagbayan. The town looks like a war damaged town that hit by bombs .  Everything was damaged. We meet Dr. Dewy Demandante, the Municipal Health Officer while he was picking up some laboratory equipments from the damaged health center. He brought us to the chairman of the MDRRMC and Executive Secretary Mr. Lito Pon. After some discussion he brought us to the site of falls where 5 children were buried at Sitio Sta Cruz. We meet the mother of the two children Mrs. Nora Somora and relay to us of the situation. The five children were Joelene S. Somora 11yrs old, Jonalyn S. Somora 13 yrs old, Jess Marvin S. Empinado 10 yrs old, Meme Jane S. Empinado 8 yrs old and Reynald C. Sipsip 14yrs old. Although the group is eager to help and dig the site where the mother insisted on a certain location but the Incident Commander J. Apoy advise us to withheld because the operation is going to stop on the next morning. Sadly the team move out on that area. Back to Sagbayan municipal ground we meet Mayor Rex Suarez and he thanked us for our presence and showing our support to his town.
